Purchases, Refunds, and Returns

All purchases are final. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on retail items that have been used or damaged. For our Autodraft memberships: you must give the studio manager 30 days notice to cancel or suspend a membership. This can easily be done by email, or phone, or in-person. Please provide the exact date you need to suspend/cancel (and a return date if it is a suspension). You are expected to complete any payments occurring before the date you give. If you are in violation of of our 24 cancellation policies, you can expect a loss of 100% of your booked total. 

Payment

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Local and state sales tax will be applied when applicable. Please understand our small business is charged processing fees for credit card transactions (some charging more than others), and we reserve the right to recoup these fees under certain circumstances. 

Class Requirements

You must agree to our liability waiver before taking a class at RFY. All payments must be handled before class. Please be respectful and kind to your teachers, our staff, your fellow yogis, and your own self. The minimum age allowed in RFY's regularly scheduled classes and workshops is 13 years old. If under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to our waiver on your behalf.  

Class Attendance

We kindly request you pre-register for class, so our teachers and staff can prepare. However, pre-registration does not guarantee a spot. It's first-come, first-serve, so please do your best to arrive early! All classes start as indicated on the schedule, and we do not allow late arrivals to disrupt the centering at the beginning of class. Please "early cancel" if you are unable to attend a pre-registered class. 

Class Passes and Memberships

We do not allow memberships or class passes to be shared. Both are non-refundable. Time extensions may be granted if an injury or illness keeps you from the studio for an extended period of time. All requests must be submitted BEFORE the expiration of your class pass or next membership payment date.

Private Sessions: Booking and Cancellations

A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure a private session with one of our teachers. You are free to modify or cancel your private session up to 24 hours of the scheduled booking without penalty. If you cancel or modify your session within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you may be charged the total amount booked for that session. 

Workshop Cancellations

All workshops start at the time indicated on the schedule, and we will not allow late arrivals. If you are unable to attend a workshop, you must contact the studio manager up to 24 hours the start time to receive RFY account credit only. If you cancel within 24 hours, you may receive 50% refund to account. There are no refunds if you miss the workshop (unless it is an emergency, but you must provide a doctor's note or police report). 

Minors

We do not offer childcare services at our yoga studio. However, children between the ages of 10 and 12 may practice next to their parent or guardian in our group yoga classes and workshops as long as they are not a disturbance to others. Children under the age of 8 may not attend regularly scheduled classes and workshops. 

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased in our Online Store or in person in USD amounts. Please keep track of the gift card number, as it must be presented at the time of sale for use. 

Tipping

Our teachers and massage therapists do accept tips for private sessions. Tipping is appreciated, and left to the discretion of our students.

Electronic Devices

Please finish all calls and texts BEFORE you walk through the front door and leave your mobile phone, tablet, smart watch, and/or other electronic device on silent in a cubbie space (or, better yet, leave it in your car). If you are expecting an important call during a scheduled class, it may be best to wait for another class or take another day. Please keep all electronics out of the yoga studio during your class. 

Dressing Room

River Flow Yoga and Wellness offers a fully-appointed dressing room for your convenience. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items, so please avoid bringing valuables into the studio.
