In this workshop we will explore guided pranayama (breathwork) exercises from Charlotte Gadilhe, RYT500 and Breath Coach, while receiving a reiki session from Laura Gadilhe, RYT200 and Reiki Master.
Pranayama and Reiki both involve working with energy - the law of conservation states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed, only transformed or transferred from one form to another.
Practicing breathwork techniques and receiving a reiki session can shift your energy into a clearer, more positive state of being that you can carry into your everyday life. Because breath is life, mindful breathwork can keep us healthy from the inside out and keep us grounded in the present moment.
Reiki can return your energy to a natural flowing state to help you feel recharged and refreshed. Both modalities can activate our mind and body's natural healing abilities and balance our energetic frequency on the mental, physical, and emotional levels. Space is limited to 12 people.
