Join Riverflow on the MercyMed Farm for a special evening of yoga, farming education, and community!

We'll begin with a talk from Keith Sims, MercyMed Farmer and founder of Sims Grown, who will share information about MercyMed Farm's mission and volunteer opportunities. We'll also hear from Casey Valencia, RYT500 and Wellness Clinic Director at MercyMed about the importance of her mission. We'll then dive into a yoga flow with Alee Link, E-RYT500, focusing on the importance of Seva, or selfless service to understand what it means and feels like to selflessly serve ourselves, each other, this mighty planet, and the divine.

After class, Keith will continue a farm talk and tour, plus distribute farming guidelines and take-home plants from MercyMed and Sims Grown Farms. You'll also receive a gift card to the Food Mill.
