Elements of Ayurveda

Known as the sister science to yoga, Ayurveda (the Knowledge of Life) is a system dedicated to helping you live the healthiest life possible, given your specific makeup (Prakriti). Originated in India, this wisdom has been practiced for thousands of years and is still alive, vibrant, and essential today. Ayurveda is based around the principles of the five elements we experience in our lives everyday: fire, air, space, earth, and water. 

These elements make up our bodies, our environment, and everything that has life; so, understanding the essence of the 5 elements, how to work with them, and how to balance their existence in your life will truly bring great transformation in your health and spiritual journeys. 

This sacred knowledge will bring you into a greater realization of who you are and how to remain balanced during the cycles in life.
