Yoga has been a part of my life since 2004 when I attended a hot yoga class with a friend. I felt a deep connection to the practice from my first experience, and I somehow found myself with a consistent home practice for several years.
As an ultra runner, yoga is the Yin to running’s Yang. It helps me connect with myself and the world around me on a higher level.
As a part of the tribe at River Flow Yoga, I strive to make each person who enters the studio to feel a sense of warm and welcoming energy. It is so important for people to feel that they have a space where they can simply breath and BE.
In my classes you can expect to focus on the breath and the Self; learning to find comfort within, as well as build strength from the foundation of who you are at the core.
