Meditation is something we know we need to do, but can't find the time or think it's "too hard." Anything done well is usually done with support. Which is why Charlotte will be hosting 30 minute Pranayama and Meditation sessions every Thursday, 6:45pm-7:15pm. Perfect timing if you're looking to then take Restore class at 7:30pm!
In these sessions we will dive deeper into the art and science of breathwork and meditation. The purpose is to learn simple breathwork and meditation techniques that you can use in your everyday life in order to calm the mind, increase overall body awareness, and to strengthen the lungs. Expect 5 minute instruction, 10 minutes of pranayama (breathwork), 10 minutes of meditation, and brief discussion after. Come comfortably dressed. Yoga mat not required, but suggested.Free to all Unlimited members, $10 suggested donation for non-members.
