A RE-TURN TO BREATH

In this workshop, we'll do less talking and more breathing in order to experience heightened states of consciousness, to deepen relaxation, and to unblock stuck energy. We'll practice returning to the breath in a conscious, connected way allowing it to be our teacher and guide through our own inner process.

 

If you're ready and willing to experience transformation on a whole new level, join us for this energizing workshop using the power of your breath to music so that we can:

-Re-energize the body

-Re-lax into everything

-Re-lease limiting thoughts, beliefs, and fears

-We'll briefly discuss, but mainly experience the following:

-Different breathing rhythms, spaces, and nose vs. mouth breathing.

-Active inhale/passive exhale technique 

-Three phases of breathwork: activation, processing, and integration. 

-Differences between breath awareness, relaxation, and conscious breathing and how they all work together.

-Non-attachment, non-reaction, and non-judgment. 

-The process is the goal.

-Re-turning to the breath no matter what to re-turn home to yourself over and over again and to transform your reality

 

Expect to be lying down through most of the workshop. We'll leave space after the breathwork for a long savasana, optional sharing of your experience, and Q/A. No experience is necessary except a willingness to breathe.
