Back to Basics: A Beginner's Workshop

A regular yoga practice will help increase flexibility, strength, balance, and improve your sense of well-being and peace-of-mind. 

This workshop is designed for anyone brand new to yoga or to those who have just started and would like some clarification and one-on-one assistance.

In this workshop, Charlotte will break down some primary asanas (postures), sun salutations, alignment, pranayama (breathwork), and simple meditation cues to give you the confidence to practice comfortably in group classes. We will also touch on the history and philosophy of yoga, modifications and variations of postures, how to use yoga props, and tips on how to make the most of your yoga practice! No experience necessary. This workshop is designed for BEGINNERS so you will not be alone.

Please arrive early to get settled. Bring your own mat or you may borrow one of ours. Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. Register below to begin your yoga journey in the new year!
