In this workshop, discover inner freedom during a conscious connected breathwork session. Breathing consciously and in a circular fashion has the potential to release physical tension, anxious thoughts, emotional traumas and blocks, and limiting beliefs. When these things are released, space opens up to let in mental freedom, lightness, overwhelming joy, inspiration, and a fresh awakening to life. Another name for this breath is called Rebirthing Breath because you might actually feel reborn afterwards. It can't fully be explained, only experienced.
