Join Charlotte and Toni for an evening of upside-down play and empowerment! When we go upside down it can immediately give us a rush of fresh energy, excitement, and remind us that joy and possibility lie on the otherside of fear! No experience is necessary! Just a willingness to go for it and meet yourself where you're at. This is a beginner friendly/all levels workshop.
We'll break down the following inversions:
Traditional headstand
Tripod headstand
Forearm stand
Handstand
Dolphin pose
Shoulderstand
Legs up the Wall
We'll start with a short warm-up flow then go through each inversion step-by-step with modifications as needed using props, partners, and the wall. We'll also practice fun transitions you can bring into your yoga practice. We guarantee everyone will be able to go upside down no matter your experience.
