The Power of Breath

Join breathwork coach and yoga teacher, Charlotte Gadilhe, for a transformational hour of intentional breath and movement. We will begin this practice with an All-Levels flow designed to open up the energy points, ground into our bodies, and prepare our minds, bodies, and spirits for a true experience.

Breathwork has been known to enhance the health of one’s entire system. The breath is the very thing that gives us life so the more attention and awareness we gift to the breath, the more life we live. Prepare to have your mind blown by the power of your own breath!
