We begin with a 1 hour, all levels flow class led by Toni Lum followed by a sound bath savasana led by Alee Morrison Link. All is designed to release, open, and honor the deep sacred light within all of us.
Your participation will support a local family RFY is sponsoring through the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Chattahoochee Valley. This family includes a 7 year-old girl, 10 year-old boy, and 14 year-old boy. Additional donation is welcomed to help shower love and light on this family!
