Join Sydney, RYT200, for a workshop intended to help you create a unique home meditation practice. Awakening to Self is about trusting your natural instincts and working with your body to create mindful moments. We will begin with an intuitive flow, followed by an exploration of 3 types of meditation practices that can be easily incorporated into your daily routine. We'll end with a visualization journey as well as a space for Q&A.
We'll reveal the dynamic ways we can drop into introspection, and navigate how to use all of our senses to accomplish peace + presence. This workshop is designed to help you replace your busy with balance and truly stop to smell the roses.
