Pelvic Floor Connection: How to improve your pelvic awareness

We'll start with a discussion from Dr. Kayla Aponte, DPT, CSCS, CNC, CertDN about the pelvic floor's importance, anatomy, and function. We'll then apply the principles discussed into an all levels yoga practice combined with specific breath techniques with Charlotte Gallagher, E-RYT500 and Breath Coach. This workshop is for women and men.
